If you are having problems activating your product, please follow the instructions in the Product Activation Wizard for reaching telephone customer support.

Hours of support operation are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00pm CST, closed on weekends. If you have e-mailed on the weekend, you will not get a response until 7:00 am Monday at the earliest. During the week day you can expect a response within 24 hours. We only can provide support if you have purchased the product from this web site.

If you send an email that is blank, does not describe what the problem is or contains offensive language it will be IGNORED AND DELETED.
